What we do
We work across five areas: personalised software design, network architecture and design, automation and systems monitoring, AI with guardrails, and custom AI tools and integration. In practice most engagements combine several of them, because the AI assistant somebody wants usually needs the data, the integration and the monitoring underneath it to be right first.
We rarely start from a blank page. Years of delivery have left us with a large library of pre-built modules, so a standard installation begins from proven parts and the tailoring goes into the things that are genuinely specific to your business. Where privacy or security demands it, the same systems can run on local LLMs inside your own infrastructure rather than on a third-party model provider.
Engineers first
We are engineers before we are a consultancy. That shows up less in what we say and more in how we work, so here is the standard we hold ourselves to on every project. Every build is handed over with source code, documentation and decision records, and the intellectual property is yours in full, with no licensing fee and nothing holding you to us beyond the fact that you want to stay.
Open books, open communication, open code. You always know exactly where things stand and why a decision was made.
We own outcomes, not just deliverables. If something we built isn't performing, we fix it. That's the standard, not a favour.
Clean code, precise documentation, thoughtful architecture. Good enough that anyone inheriting it feels respected.
We're vendor-agnostic. Our advice is shaped by your interests, not our partnerships or licensing agreements.
Industries we serve
The engineering travels well between sectors, but the constraints do not, so it helps that we already know where the awkward parts tend to sit in each of these.
